Ameri‑Cut Solutions began in 2017, inside a small garage in Conroe, Texas, built on nothing but determination, long nights, and a commitment to doing things the right way. What started as a one‑man operation with a single machine quickly grew through hard work, sweat, and a relentless focus on quality.

As demand increased and the shop outgrew its original space, Ameri‑Cut Solutions moved to Porter, Texas in August 2023, where it continues to expand its capabilities and support aerospace and defense customers with precision‑machined components.

With over 20 years of machining experience, owner Jason Haywood brings deep technical knowledge, hands‑on craftsmanship, and a disciplined approach to process control. Every part that leaves the shop reflects decades of experience in tight‑tolerance machining and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Ameri‑Cut Solutions is proudly family‑owned and operated. Jason’s wife and sons regularly contribute to the business, reinforcing the values the company was built on: integrity, hard work, and pride in every part produced.
